Hurricane Flossie intensified this morning to Category 2 on the Saffir-Simpson scale off the coasts of Michoacán , Jalisco and Colima , with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h, according to the National Meteorological Service (SMN), making it the second major hurricane of the 2025 Pacific tropical cyclone season.
