The program establishes clear criteria for participation, funding, and monitoring to ensure transparency and equity, while fostering social innovation. Projects must aim to generate a lasting impact on local communities, the founding entity explains on its website.
In Spain, the areas of operation are Campo de Gibraltar, the Canary Islands, Madrid, and the province of Huelva, while in Portugal, the areas where the foundation operates are regions where significant activity is carried out.

Co-financing will also be considered, meaning that entities can contribute their own or third-party resources to strengthen the viability of their proposals.
Projects must submit detailed budgets, evaluation mechanisms, and a spending limit of €80,000, with a maximum grant application of €25,000. Projects will be implemented during the year following the award, with the possibility of extension until December 2026.

The total grant amounts to €75,000 per area, divided into three awards of up to €25,000 each. Eighty percent of the grant will be paid upon signing the agreement, and the remaining 20% upon final justification of expenses.
