Besançon. Sheep wandering from the city to the pastures of Fort de Planoise

Roseline Cunin, the shepherdess, is stressed but doesn't show it. At the Planoise urban park, the starting point for the annual transhumance of the municipal herd, the public flocks, ready to accompany the goats. Alas, the 46 goats are sick with scabies, and with them, half of the 51 sheep. It is therefore necessary to urgently repatriate the 24 healthy sheep from the Parc des Frères on the heights of Saint-Claude, to Planoise. However, there is no concern for the contaminated herd. "We sprayed the animals; they must not be touched, so it was difficult to get them to come and frustrate the public by preventing them from approaching," explains Roseline Cunin.
