White veratrum, toxic to cattle and invasive to pastures, is making life difficult for farmers in the Grand Colombier region. The "Fauche qui peut" (Mowing Who Can) operation is our way of helping them preserve the mountain pastures.

What if giving farmers a helping hand became an opportunity to experience a friendly moment in the mountains? This is the challenge that the Bugey Sud community of communes is renewing with the third edition of the “Fauche qui peut” operation, on Saturday, May 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a postponement planned for May 24 in case of rain.
