Dijon. The large illegal dump has been evacuated, and another will be removed a kilometer further.
Two months ago, we reported the existence of a major illegal dumping incident in Dijon at 42 Avenue du Mont-Blanc, which the Forestiers du Monde association reported to the public authorities. As announced, the City of Dijon removed the materials and installed anti-intrusion rock blocks to prevent any recurrence.
At 42 Avenue du Mont-Blanc, the private plot of land littered with a mound of waste for many months has been completely cleared and secured with blocks of rock. The City of Dijon had committed to removing this large illegal dump, which had been reported twice to the public authorities by Forestiers du Monde.
