At the edge of the Reumaux estate, in Freyming-Merlebach, lies a rose garden celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. It boasts nearly 1,000 varieties of roses, maintained by generations of enthusiasts. Located at the entrance to the path leading to the Barrois quarry lookout, it is also open to the many walkers enjoying a short, bucolic break.

At the end of Rue du 3-Mai, in Freyming-Merlebach, on the edge of the forest, there is a rose garden that was born at the same time as the Reumaux district, 100 years ago, in 1925. It was created on a former landfill, just at the entrance to the path that leads to the Barrois quarry belvedere.
