Hettange-Grande. Flowery Towns: The jury evaluates the municipality's progress

On Thursday afternoon, the Villes et Villages Fleuris (Villages in Bloom) award jury spent an hour walking the streets of Hettange-Grande to assess the quality of the town's flower displays and quality of life. The visit was meticulously prepared by elected officials and municipal service technicians, who were aware that the time spent on the visit was an integral part of the evaluation criteria.
One hour is the time allotted by the Villes et villages fleuris (Villages and Blooming Villages) jury to present the achievements in flower displays, landscaping, and natural heritage preservation. This milestone was expected, since during the jury's last visit in 2021, Hettange-Grande made a remarkable leap, going from one to three flowers.
