Once again, rain and wind are expected to disrupt the evening of the people of Jura, this Wednesday, July 23. After the violent storm this Sunday , which cost the life of a resident of Saône-et-Loire and caused significant damage in Bresse (power cuts, falling trees, damaged homes, etc.), new bad weather - less intense - is expected from 8 p.m.
The department is thus placed on yellow thunderstorm alert until 6 a.m. (July 24), Météo France locally forecasts up to 20 to 30 mm of precipitation in a short period. Wind gusts are expected to blow between 60 and 80 km/h with a possible risk of hail.
