The season of the famous Ice Saints is upon us, but for the vine, the threat of a devastating frost seems averted. In the heart of spring, the leaves unfurl, ideally preparing the plant for the flowering expected in the coming weeks.

For several years now, the month of April has been causing winegrowers to break out in a cold sweat.
