Jura. Weather: new storm warning this Sunday

Météo France has once again placed the Jura department on yellow alert for thunderstorms this Sunday, July 27, 2025, from noon until 10 p.m.

During Sunday, thunderstorms and precipitation of around 10 to 20 mm, and very locally 30 mm, are expected. Gusts of 40 to 50 km/h, locally 60 km/h, and sleet are expected. Small hail is also possible.

The risk of thunderstorms, as well as the intensity of the rain showers, will decrease in the evening.

"If you are doing outdoor activities, be careful," urges the Jura Prefecture.
