Lyon Metropolis. Free access to drinking water in public places: why the numbers aren't up to scratch

Fifteen years ago, the UN declared the right to safe drinking water and sanitation a "fundamental right." This is a particularly pressing humanitarian issue in the countries of the southern hemisphere, but it is gaining ground in the northern hemisphere, particularly due to the acceleration of climate change.
