It arrived in the middle of summer. A public consultation was published by the prefectures of Moselle and Meurthe-et-Moselle. It was submitted by Française de l'Énergie, a company based in Pontpierre (near Folschviller in Moselle). It concerns an application for an exclusive permit for the research of native hydrogen and related substances. But although the company is based in Moselle, the permit application, known as the "Trois-Évêchées Permit," extends as far as the Mussipontain basin.
