At the judicial complex, the heatwave is taking its toll on staff's daily lives. In this all-glass 1980s building, when the temperature rises above 30 degrees, they have to adapt: fans, teleworking, flexible schedules, and exemptions from wearing gowns become necessary to get through the day.
