The blue carpet, wooden desks, and light fixtures look brand new. Yet they're living a second life. In this extension to the headquarters of the Le Cèdre purchasing group, inaugurated last week on Allée des Chapelains in Paray-le-Monial, priority is given to reuse. With the support of the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region, the Theos group (parent company of the Le Cèdre subsidiary) committed to constructing this brand-new building by reusing as many materials as possible and prioritizing local resources.
