This plot "testifies to our commitment to preserving our rich wine-growing past," according to Mayor Gilles Gascon (LR). This ambitious project aims to produce the future "cuvée du Château," a local red wine, by 2027, "perhaps with a white wine to follow," a symbol of identity and expertise in harmony with nature.
