Faced with an unprecedented resurgence of tropical viruses imported into their territory, and fearing the outbreak of an indigenous epidemic, the health authorities of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (AURA) region are launching a large-scale treatment and awareness campaign against the tiger mosquito, the main vector of dengue, chikungunya and zika, the number of cases of which is increasing year on year.
