Vigy. Understanding the life cycle of a product to consume better

As part of her preparatory class studies, Ayline Klein-Le Dimna spoke to middle school students to raise awareness about the environmental impact of the lifespan of objects. From manufacturing to end of life, the students learned about the key stages of a product's cycle and the associated environmental issues. This provided a concrete awareness of consumption, recycling, and carbon footprint.
Viviane Brégand, a life sciences teacher at Charles-Péguy Middle School in Vigy, welcomed Ayline Klein-Le Dimna, a student at Louis-Vincent High School in Metz, who, as part of her studies, will be engaging students in a reflection on the lifespan of a product. All classes, from sixth to ninth grade, participated in this presentation.
