Amplifon signs €50m financing linked to sustainability goals

Amplifon , a global leader in hearing solutions and services, has announced that it has signed a sustainability-linked financing agreement with Banca Popolare di Sondrio for a total amount of 50 million euros .

The operation, aimed at refinancing existing credit lines, is structured into a revolving credit line of 30 million euros and a long-term line ( term loan ) of 20 million euros, both with a duration of five years.

This financing is part of the ongoing integration of ESG factors into the Amplifon Group's operational and financial strategy, thanks to a margin adjustment mechanism applied to the loan if specific indicators of the company's Sustainability Plan are achieved. Through this transaction, Amplifon further strengthens its liquidity position and extends the average maturity of its debt.

Overall, the amount of sustainability-linked financing in Amplifon's portfolio exceeds one billion euros . Finally, Amplifon stated that, thanks to the completion of a series of refinancing transactions, as of June 30, 2025, the group no longer has any financing subject to financial covenants.
