YHub , an Italian group of innovative services and technological platforms for the traceability and sustainability of the fashion and luxury industry, announces the entry of two new investors: Giorgio Armani and Fondazione del Tessile Italiano . The operation confirms the group's role in the sector in supporting brands and the production chain, strengthening its positioning as a strategic partner for sustainable transformation. Control remains firmly in the hands of the founding partners Francesca Rulli , Massimo Brandellero and Cristian Iobbi . The operation also sees the entry into the corporate structure of Matteo De Angelis , General Manager of the group.

This step outlines even more clearly the project launched in 2024 with a similar operation, which saw the entry into the corporate structure of Foro delle Arti (Brunello Cucinelli's holding company), of the entrepreneur Matteo Marzotto, of Claudio Rovere (Founder & CEO of Holding Industriale), of venture funds managed by the global investment bank LionTree and of the digital innovator Federico Marchetti (founder of YOOX) through Mavis.

YHub, which presents itself on the market with the brand Ympact, supports over 3,000 companies in the fashion system in the traceability of supply chains and in the measurement of the environmental and social impacts of production , collaborating with more than 50 global brands and mapping over 80,000 suppliers in 22 countries. The group allows companies in the sector to respond to the growing needs of the market and regulatory developments in terms of sustainability.

The vision of integrating high-profile investors into YHub, such as Armani and Fondazione del Tessile Italiano, who represent the best that Italian brands and the supply chain are able to express, as stated in a press release, is the expression of a strong belief, which commits all stakeholders in the sector to mutually support each other to bring the common goals of sustainable development closer together.

“We are delighted to join the YHub Group and actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions for traceability and sustainability in fashion, essential objectives that can only be achieved through close collaboration between brands and the production chain,” said Andrea Camerana, Board Member of Giorgio Armani .

“Joining YHub represents a strategic opportunity for us to support the path of change that companies must carry forward, establishing the necessary dialogue with brands on shared projects and investments,” said Simone Canclini , President of the Fondazione del Tessile Italiano.
