“Writing the Future” highlights how literature, far from being merely contemplative, can become a powerful tool for transforming perceptions, advancing policies, and forging collaborative networks for a sustainable future.
The roundtable on literature and the environment will take place next Wednesday, June 5, from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m., in the Europa Pavilion at the Madrid Book Fair .
This is the fourth consecutive year that the European Commission will be present at the Fair—from May 30 to June 15—with its own Europe Pavilion featuring cultural and literary activities aimed at all audiences. This year's event has special significance as it marks the 40th anniversary of Spain's accession to the European Union.
