Prior administrative authorization granted for the Larragorri wind farm
Vitoria, May 12 (EFE).- The Basque Government has granted the prior administrative authorization to the Larragorri Wind Farm, planned for the municipalities of Llodio and Amurrio (Álava) and Orozko (Bizkaia) and promoted by Green Capital Development 147, SLU.
With a capacity of 25 MW and an investment of €25 million, it would include five wind turbines with a unit capacity of 5 MW, a meteorological tower, and the 30 kV electrical infrastructure for interconnecting the wind turbines, in the aforementioned municipalities.
The authorization signed by the Basque Government's Decarbonization Directorate and published this Monday in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country states that the developer must apply for administrative construction authorization within 15 months, with a two-year implementation period.
It also states that the project must comply with the conditions and protective and compensatory measures established in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) prepared by the Environmental Management Directorate.
