Rosatom and China's CNNC Sign Memorandum on HR Cooperation

Rosatom signed a memorandum on personnel cooperation with the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), the Russian company said in a statement.

The partners will implement joint projects in the area of ​​developing a human-centered approach to training and developing personnel, establish cooperation between youth and women's industry communities of Russia and China, etc.

"We are convinced that the agreement and roadmap signed today will allow us to clearly define the stages, goals and areas of responsibility, which will certainly increase the effectiveness of our joint work. We hope to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the development of the high-tech labor market and human resources," said Rosatom Deputy Director General for Human Resources Tatyana Terentyeva.

In 2024, the BRICS Nuclear Platform was created – a voluntary alliance of companies and professional nuclear communities from the BRICS countries. Rosatom and CNNC have already worked together within this structure.
