TEİAŞ imposes new tender bans

Energy Diary – The Turkish Electricity Transmission Company (TEİAŞ) General Directorate has banned various companies and individuals from participating in public tenders for one year. A total of five companies and one individual have been banned from participating in tenders under decisions made by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
BAN ON ULUTAŞ GROUP COMPANIES
TEİAŞ (TEİAŞ) has banned Ulutaş Construction Electricity Trade and Industry Limited Company from all tenders for one year regarding the tender process with registration number 2022/202249. The decision also included Süleyman Berkin Ulutaş and Avni Ulutaş Construction Electricity Contracting Inc. as partners of the company.
In a parallel decision, Avni Ulutaş Construction Electric Contracting Inc. was banned from participating in tenders based on tender registration number 2023/1439506. This ban listed Süleyman Berkin Ulutaş and Ulutaş Construction Electric Trade and Industry Limited Company as partners. Both bans were based on Law No. 4735 on Public Procurement Contracts.
Other companies were also banned
Another TEİAŞ ban concerned tender file number 2025/319417. In this context, Rönesans Restoration Architecture Joint Stock Company, Muhammed Ali Tel, and Arsem Electromechanical Construction Contracting Industry and Trade Limited Company will be barred from participating in public tenders for one year. The decision was made in accordance with Public Procurement Law No. 4734.
