Energinet to roll back network tariffs

After several years of steadily raising network tariffs in the Danish power grid, transmission system operator Energinet is now moving in the opposite direction. From next year, electricity consumers’ tariffs will be reduced by up to 10%, while a cap will be introduced until 2030. Producers’ payments for both grid connection and balancing tariffs are also set to fall next year.
