Sydbank: First draft entails a massive reduction of US onshore wind subsidies

The United States Senate Committee on Finance’s first draft text for changes to the ‘One Big Beautiful Bill’ removes a serious obstacle, but still represents a massive deterioration in the subsidy conditions for the US onshore wind market, according to Sydbank’s head of equity research, Jacob Pedersen, who points out that there may be changes to the text before it becomes a final bill to be voted on in the Senate.
