Vestas' former finance chief appointed CEO of VKR holding

After spending almost his entire career in financial management, Hans Martin Smith is now making the switch to managing director. The longtime Vestas executive, who left the wind turbine manufacturer as chief financial officer at the turn of the year, will take over as CEO of VKR Holding from August. This means he will be in charge of the parent company of, among others, Velux.
