Vestas wins US order of 527MW

Vestas has received an order for 527MW from the USA.

The customer has not been disclosed, but it is an order for turbines of the V150-4.5 MW variant, notes Vestas in a press release.

According to the overview from MarketWire of Vestas’ orders received this year, the wind order in the US is the 26th order this year.

In addition to the new order in the US, Vestas and the unnamed customer have signed a five-year AOM 5000 service agreement followed by a five-year operational support agreement.

Vestas fell 0.8% on Thursday to DKK 104.80, with delivery scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
