Watch a Preview of the Microgrid Demonstration Featured at RE+ 2025

EMerge Alliance, along with its industry partners, each year builds an operating microgrid that is displayed at the RE+ renewable energy conference. This year’s show is scheduled Sept. 8-11 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The microgrid demonstration is part of the Grid Edge Theater at RE+. Each year, different technologies are used in the microgrid, and highlighted based on industry trends. This year’s microgrid will feature the use of hydrogen to power microgrids, including a fuel cell generator and a bi-directional charging electric vehicle.

Here is a preview of the build at Grid Edge Theater (which will be located at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas for the RE+ 25 annual clean energy expo). This year’s webinar, as in past years, is moderated by Darrell Proctor, Senior Editor for POWER, a media partner of RE+.
