The developer of a three-wind turbine project rejected in May 2023 by the Côte-d'Or prefect is asking the Council of State to annul this decision and to resume the investigation of his case.
Scientists are keeping a close eye on the black stork (Ciconia nigra), which is smaller, more shy, and much more endangered than the white stork. It nests mainly in Eastern Europe and the Iberian Peninsula.
