Lons-le-Saunier: Biowaste collection has started in the town center

If you have recently walked through the streets of Lons-le-Saunier town centre, you will have seen these terminals.

Scattered throughout the city centre and numbering 22, they were installed by the Sictom of the Lons-le-Saunier area a few days ago.

Thanks to these bins, the residents of Lédon benefit from a solution for sorting biowaste. These terminals complement the collective composters installed in recent months.

Collection takes place every Friday, the compost is then taken to a composting platform in Dole.
