"Feel the joy of your feet being freed from all constraints." It's a Saturday afternoon in April in the Neubois forest, and Iris Aubert invites a group of six curious people to take off their shoes. They're there for a "forest bath," which Iris has been offering in the valley for several months. For a fee of €30 each, the walkers will go on a two-hour guided nature outing. "I invite you to put your phones on airplane mode and never take them out of your bag," suggests Iris.
