First of all, can you introduce yourself?

"I am 48 years old and I began my career as a volunteer firefighter in Saint-Christo-en-Jarez. I passed the lieutenant exam in 2010, after which I was recruited by the Loire Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) as an officer in charge of training at the Séverine fire and rescue center.
