New Megaton will produce 340,000 tons of biomethanol per year by 2030

GreenGo Energy still has big ambitions. While the developer has scrapped its original Megaton project, meant to produce one million tons of green fuels annually from 2030, a new project has been launched under the same name and with the same time frame. However, it will maainly use biomass and catalysis rather than renewable energy and electrolysis – and on a smaller but still significant scale.
