Vattenfall on Mingyang's offensive in Europe: Competition is good
When Vattenfall and Fred Olsen Seawind build their British floating wind project, it could be a Chinese Muir Mhòr. When asked directly, the Swedish utility does not rule out the use of Chinese offshore wind turbines in the project, which is scheduled to be completed in the early 2030s. Instead, Anna Borg, chief executive officer and president of Vattenfall, is positive about the prospect of having more suppliers to choose from.
