As stated in the report, the decrease in total sales revenues in the first quarter of 2025 was mainly due to the decrease in revenues from the sale of electricity due to both a lower average price by 14.19% and a decrease in the total sales volume by 8.00%, which was due to an increase in the volume of energy produced by 51.85% and a decrease in the volume of energy from trade by 78.26%.

Revenues from the sale of own electricity amounted to PLN 251.9 million, compared to PLN 205.3 million a year earlier. Revenues from the sale of electricity from trading amounted to PLN 21.7 million, compared to PLN 141.8 million a year earlier.

In the first quarter of 2025, revenues from the capacity market amounted to PLN 7.2 million compared to the same period of the previous year , decreasing by 81.74%. The decrease in revenues results from the fact that in the first quarter of 2025, none of the units in the group was covered by the capacity obligation as part of the main or additional auctions won, and the revenues obtained came entirely from the secondary market.

Revenues from the sale of heat in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 3.0 million and were lower than those obtained in the first quarter of 2024 by 38.49%. The decrease in revenues, compared to the same period of the previous year, results from lower demand for heat from the recipient.

Cost of sales in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 267.5 million and decreased by 42.40%.

On Friday, ZE PAK shares rose by 0.40 percent to PLN 25.40.
