The WT Series has a power capacity of up to 180 kW and, thanks to its adjustable power module, can operate at 90, 120, 150, and 180 kW. While the product is currently available on a limited basis, it is planned to be fully available domestically in 2026. The WT Series 240 kW model, with its new features, will complete its certification process by the end of the year.
The project began in early 2024; after completing the mechanical, hardware, and software design and validation processes, the certification process was completed in September 2025. The certification process, which began in May, was successfully completed in September 2025, officially confirming the charging station's compliance with the standards.
The domestically produced WT Series has entered service in the charging ecosystem. The WT Series began operating at the Bi Mola Reşadiye and Bi Mola Çamlık North Facilities on October 8th with a power capacity of 180 kW. The project aims to build know-how in charging technology and ecosystems for both Türkiye and the Koç Group, develop high-quality and competitive charging stations, and support localization by reducing dependence on China and Europe. While WAT Mobility already boasts a domestic presence with its digital product services, the WT Series has also achieved its goal of localization in the charging station sector.
WAT Mobility continues its efforts to accelerate the electric vehicle transition, support sustainable transportation, and add value to Türkiye's energy infrastructure. With its expanding charging network and renewable energy solutions, the company continues to pioneer the mobility ecosystem of the future.
Alp Karahasanoğlu: “We are transforming sustainable mobility with domestic power.”Alp Karahasanoğlu, General Manager of WAT Mobility & WAT Motor, said, “We are transforming sustainable mobility with domestic power. Designed by our R&D team and developed through domestic production, the WT Series, with a power capacity of up to 180 kW, is the epitome of both our engineering infrastructure and technological prowess. We aim to serve our country's electric vehicle ecosystem with our domestically produced WT Series DC charging station.”
