In line with its technology and innovation-focused vision, Aksa Customer Solutions Inc. announced a strategic partnership with Raquun, a technology startup specializing in energy management and IoT solutions. Operating in electric vehicle charging services and solar energy systems, Aksa Customer Solutions aims to not only digitize its own operations but also increase operational efficiency across all group companies through data-driven, intelligent business models, while also developing unique, domestically produced energy software solutions needed by the energy sector.

Aksa Customer Solutions Inc. has taken a strategic step centered on digitalization, automation, and software-driven transformation in energy technologies. The company partnered with Raquun, a technology startup established in Ankara's Ostim Teknopark in 2019 and known for its innovative solutions in SCADA systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and energy management. With this collaboration, Aksa Customer Solutions aims to advance its sectoral efficiency, sustainability, and technology-focused service approach by developing flexible and scalable digital solutions that can be integrated into all business processes in the energy sector.

Within the scope of this strategic partnership, Aksa aims to accelerate the Group's digital transformation by integrating Raquun's flexible and high-capacity technology infrastructure into its energy operations. The partnership encompasses the central monitoring and management of electric vehicle charging stations, monitoring the performance and data measurement systems of solar power plants, establishing advanced energy monitoring infrastructures at consumption points, optimizing power management between production and consumption points, digitizing energy trading processes, and developing decision support mechanisms with AI-powered data analytics applications. These technological integrations aim to implement scalable and intelligent energy management systems focused on efficiency and sustainability across the entire energy value chain. Furthermore, as part of this partnership, the Aksa Charging mobile app will be replaced with Raquun's existing electric vehicle charging app, providing customers with a faster, more intuitive, and integrated digital experience.
