TCDD will receive locomotive parts and wagon maintenance services

Energy Diary - TCDD Transportation Inc. General Directorate announced the opening of two separate tenders for both goods and services to meet the needs of the railway vehicle fleet. The tenders will include the purchase of traction motor main windings for DE24000 type locomotives and maintenance and repair services for DJ railcars.

1440 MAIN COILS WILL BE PURCHASED FOR LOCOMOTIVES

TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ General Directorate has launched a tender for the procurement of 1,440 traction motor armature main coils for use in DE24000 type locomotives. The tender, numbered 2025/1398994, will be open only to domestic bidders. Bids must be submitted to the TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ General Directorate's Purchasing Department by 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025. Participants are required to purchase the tender documents for a price of 1,000 TL, including VAT. Bidders will be required to provide a provisional guarantee of at least 3 percent of the bid price.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR WAGONS IN ANKARA

TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ Ankara Regional Directorate will procure services for the periodic maintenance, service maintenance, and current repair of the engines and electrical equipment of DJ wagons located at the Ankara Locomotive Maintenance Workshop Directorate. The tender covers 2,000 service maintenance jobs, 350 150-hour maintenance jobs, 200 250-hour maintenance jobs, 12 3,000-hour maintenance jobs, and 17 corrective maintenance jobs. The tender, registration number 2025/1374247, is open to domestic applicants and will be held through an open tender procedure. The deadline for submission of bids is 14:00 on September 15, 2025. The document fee for this tender has been announced as 500 TL including VAT, and a temporary guarantee of at least 3% of the bid price will be required.

Both tenders are not fully subject to laws numbered 4734 and 4735, and will be conducted according to their own regulations, except for penalties and prohibition provisions from tenders.
