Danish Chamber of Commerce: Energinet looks like a challenged organization

It is not only the Danish Utility Regulator (DUR) that is pointing the finger at the nation’s transmission sytem operator, Energinet. As reported by EnergyWatch, the TSO has been reprimanded by the regulator for dropping geographical differentiation in the feed-in tariff and, since the turn of the year, illegally charging the same tariff throughout the country. The change was not approved in advance, as required by law.
