Regulator finds ongoing safety issues at Equinor following 2023 Mongstad fall incident

Norway’s Ocean Industry Authority (Havtil), an independent government regulator with responsibility for safety, emergency preparedness and the working environment in the Norwegian petroleum industry, has conducted an inspection of Equinor at Mongstad to investigate how the findings and orders following the accident on January 18, 2023, have been followed up.
