With the robust, weather-resistant plastic enclosures of the Arca IEC, MCE65, MNX and Solid series, Fibox offers enclosure solutions for PV systems.

The polycarbonate wall-mounted control cabinets and enclosures feature an impact resistance of up to IK10, which exceeds the robustness of conventional metal and fiberglass enclosures. The enclosure material is easy to transport and process, withstanding both cold and blazing heat. Furthermore, the non-conductive, rust-proof, and thermally cured plastic is UV-resistant.
According to the manufacturer, the enclosures withstand accelerated aging tests of over 5,000 hours without blooming. The signal-permeable material is suitable for wireless transmission technology and eliminates the need for external antennas. All enclosures are UL-certified and glow-wire tested according to IEC 60695. Foamed-in PUR seals ensure protection classes up to IP66/67. Arca IEC series enclosures are recommended for the installation of critical inverter and distribution components. MCE65 enclosures are ideal for DIN rail mounting of circuit breakers, lightning protection, and monitoring components, for example.
Available in over 260 variants, the MNX series for inverter boxes, junction boxes, and tracking systems protects electrical and electronic components even in harsh environments. The Solid series was developed for generator connection, inverter, and junction boxes in PV systems. Its enclosure thickness can be increased using extension frames without compromising UL, IP, and IK ratings. The range also includes industry-proven accessories for cable management, enclosure ventilation, and air circulation, as well as customized services for labeling, marking, and enclosure equipment with components such as cable glands, DIN rails, mounting plates, spacers, and vents.
