Some drivers slow down, others pass by without noticing her. In the middle of the central reservation at the entrance to Sentheim, Nadia Schittly doesn't care. Scissors in hand, she deftly cuts the lavender plants that adorn the flowerbed. But before embarking on this harvest, the founder of La Fabrique à Chouettes has gone through many steps.
One object, one functionA former accountant, she launched her own brand in 2010. Initially, her hand-sewn owls were filled with wadding.
