Malzéville. Happy Sobriety: a local citizen-led ideas laboratory
The town brought together around fifty residents to participate in a citizens' convention focused on sustainability and the ecological transition. For several months, these randomly selected citizens exchanged ideas with experts and elected officials to formulate concrete proposals.
