Toul. Navigation interrupted: boaters stranded for a month and a half

Boat traffic has been suspended on most sections of the western Marne-Rhine Canal. The cause? The water level is too low. It's not raining enough. Some boaters, like Odette and Danny, from the Somme region, are forced to stay at the quayside. They share their experiences.
