Mass claim for interim increase in variable rates

The Fair Trade Practices Foundation has summoned six energy companies because they increased their variable rates in the meantime in 2022. These are Vattenfall, Eneco, Essent, Greenchoice, Energiedirect and Budget Thuis. According to the foundation, the increases were unjustified and their customers must be compensated.
