Renan Filho announces the start of construction work on the Green Route in Goiânia

Minister of Transport participates this Tuesday (29) in an event that marks the beginning of works on BRs-060/452/GO, on the Goiânia – Rio Verde – Itumbiara stretch

The Minister of Transport, Renan Filho, participates, this Tuesday (29), in the event that marks the beginning of works on BRs-060/452/GO, which includes the stretch from Goiânia to Itumbiara, passing through Rio Verde.

On the occasion, the concessionaire Rota Verde Goiás, responsible for managing the highways, will present the 100-Day Plan, which includes priority actions, such as asphalt recovery, repairs to drainage systems, improvements in cleaning conditions and road maintenance.

A total of R$6.87 billion will be invested in a 426.20-kilometer road network. One of the country's main logistics corridors for the transport of grains such as soybeans and corn, the Rota Verde is home to large agribusiness companies and important trade fairs in the sector.

Also participating in the ceremony are the general director of the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT), Guilherme Theo Sampaio, the president of Rota Verde Goiás, Vaney Iori, among other local authorities.
