The session was moderated by Anna Gorshkova, Editor-in-Chief of the Energy Policy journal. Participants in the discussion included Yuri Dobrovolsky, CEO of the Hydrogen Energy Center; Irina Rastunova, Head of the Department of Isotope Technology and Hydrogen Energy at the D. I. Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences; Alexey Levchenko, Head of the NTI Competence Center "New and Mobile Energy Sources" at the Federal Research Center for Chemical Physics and the Ministry of Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences; and Vladislav Karasevich, Director of Science at the Scientific and Technical Center for Autonomous Energy at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
