$13.6 million solar storage contract from Smart Solar

Energy Diary - Smart Solar Energy Equipment Marketing Inc., a 100% subsidiary of Smart Solar Energy Technologies Research Development Production Industry and Trade Inc., signed a new contract with a domestic customer for $13.58 million (approximately 543.2 million TL) + VAT.

The contract covers project development and turnkey installation services for a solar power plant (SPP) with storage and a power transmission line. Smart Güneş will use panels manufactured using domestically produced solar cells at its Aliağa Integrated Production Facility.

According to the company statement, the advance payment of half of the contract price was collected as of July 11, 2025. The new business relationship is expected to positively contribute to the company's revenue and profitability.
