The Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) has taken a new step toward preventing market-distorting behavior in energy and environmental markets. The Authority has published the Draft Regulation on Transparency and Market-Distorting Behavior in Energy and Environmental Markets and opened it to public comment.
