Soma Thermal Power Plant will not distribute dividends

Energy Diary - Soma Thermal Power Plant Electricity Production Joint Stock Company published a statement regarding its activities in 2024.

According to the statement, the company made a profit in 2024. Despite this, no distributable profit was formed in accordance with the capital market due to the losses in the previous year.

For this reason, the Company management decided that the issue of not distributing dividends in 2024 would be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the ordinary general assembly meeting.

The Ordinary General Assembly meeting of Soma Thermal Power Plant Electricity Generation Inc. will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:00.

The meeting will be held at Melikşah Mahallesi, Beyşehir Caddesi, Rectorate Building Apt. No: 7/2 Meram/KONYA.
